Walsingham Cell
A number of the worshippers at the Minster enjoy going on regular pilgrimages to the Shrine of our Lady of Walsingham in Norfolk. Recently the Shrine has been voted as the most spiritual place of pilgrimage in England and it is attracting ever greater numbers of visitors and pilgrims.
In May 2006, a York Minster cell of the Shrine was established. The cell group celebrates Holy Communion at regular intervals throughout the year. The services are open to everybody and we are always delighted to welcome people who would like to belong to the cell.
For further details of how to join the cell, contact Canon Webster or Mrs Gillian Porter, its secretary, telephone 01904 769823.
