Making a difference
The Minster Library welcome readers who wish to join us as volunteers. Both the Reading Room and the Old Library can be accessible to the public only if a volunteer is there to help, and their contribution to the Library is essential. The library operates a 2-hour rota from 9am to 5pm (10am to 4pm in the Old Library), Monday to Friday, but we offer a flexible approach: volunteers can either join us every week or just every now and again.
